NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Texans Pro Bowl outside linebacker Jadeveon Clowney is out for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans. Clowney was questionable with back and elbow injuries and limited in practice this week. Brennan Scarlett is expected to start in his place. The Titans are playing without three offensive tackles, including starters Jack Conklin and Taylor Lewan and backup Dennis Kelly.
