As the Texans attempt to retain offensive tackle Chris Clark, a healthy market is developing for the free agent blocker.
Several NFL teams are interested in Clark as the legal tampering window launched Monday in advance of the free agency signing period that starts Wednesday afternoon, according to a source not authorized to speak publicly.
Ideally, the Texans would like to bring back Clark on a new contract after trading a seventh-round draft pick to the Denver Broncos last year to acquire him.
Clark, 30,is someone the Texans would like to have back in the wake of Pro Bowl alternate left tackle Duane Brown tearing his quadriceps tendon at the end of last season.
