Although he's dealt with a cracked fibula and an illness that prevented him from contributing as much as last season, reserve running back Jonathan Grimes remained prized for his versatility.

The third-down back and special-teamer rushed for a season-high 43 yards on five carries against the Green Bay Packers last Sunday at Lambeau Field as he averaged 8.6 yards per carry. For the season, he's rushed for 80 yards on 13 carries and averaged 6.2 yards per run in six games.

Last season, Grimes rushed for a career-high 282 yards and a touchdown and had 26 receptions for 173 yards and a score.
