KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Texans veteran wide receiver Kenny Stills won't play in Sunday's road game against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to league sources not authorized to speak publicly.
The Texans want Stills to make a full recovery from a hamstring injury suffered against the Carolina Panthers two weeks ago. He will be replaced by Keke Coutee again one week after Coutee had a 51-yard catch.
He was characterized as a game-time decision Friday by coach Bill O'Brien, who used the same description a week ago when Stills was listed as questionable and was held out against the Atlanta Falcons.
