Josh Lenz has played for five NFL teams. Three times, he's been a member of practice squads. And Lenz is still looking to catch his first pass in a regular-season game.
After spending last season on the Texans' practice squad following previous stints with the Cleveland Browns, Indianapolis Colts, Seattle Seahawks and Chicago Bears, the former Iowa State standout is making a strong impression on coach Bill O'Brien as he makes his bid for a roster spot.
"He made a lot of plays in the game, and he's playing injured, too," O'Brien said. "He's a tough guy.
