Texans' J.J. Watt posts first post-surgery photo

Three days after suffering a tibial plateau fracture in Sunday night's game against the Kansas City Chiefs, Texans star J.J. Watt posted a photo on Instagram that shows him using crutches in a hospital corridor.

In the photo, Watt - wearing Texans shorts and a white baseball cap with his logo emblazoned on it - has his left leg wrapped up with a brace on it. He included the message: "One step at a time."

Watt had surgery Monday for his tibial plateau fracture, which occurs when the ends of two leg bones knock together, with the round end of the thigh bone acting like a ramrod into the top of the shinbone.
