A three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year, Watt appeared to hurt his left arm before leaving the game.
Watt went to the blue medical tent to be evaluated before heading inside the locker room for further examination.
Meanwhile, rookie cornerback Lonnie Johnson Jr. is being evaluated for a concussion. Johnson got shaken up before walking off the field with trainers and then went to the locker room.
