Texans' Jadeveon Clowney says orange jumpsuit not a dig at Bob McNair

Standing at his locker Wednesday, Texans Pro Bowl pass rusher Jadeveon Clowney broke into a smile.

Clowney was amused at the reaction to him wearing an orange jumpsuit for a players' Halloween party.

Clowney said his costume wasn't intended as a dig at Texans owner Bob McNair following his "We can't have the inmates running the prison" remarks at a recent NFL owners meeting that deeply offended several of his players.

"Nah, man," Clowney said when asked if the costume was intended as a joke about McNair. "It was just something to wear to the Halloween party.
