When veteran offensive guard Jeff Allen chose to sign with the Texans, he and his wife, Marissa, immediately began researching popular restaurants around town.
They're big-time foodies who enjoy traveling and photography.
They've sampled the menus at Steak 48 and Eddie V's, local chef Ronnie Killen's barbecue and burger restaurants and steakhouse in Pearland along with State of Grace. They've traded in Kansas City barbecue for the rich gastronomical fare of Houston.
"Steak 48 is my new favorite steakhouse because they pay attention to the sides and that really matters to me," Marissa said. "I really like Crave Cupcakes.
