Sidelined with a knee injury against the Tennessee Titans, Texans center-guard Greg Mancz returned to practice Wednesday.
Mancz is wearing a protective brace on his knee.
Before practice, Mancz said he's feeling better and made no predictions about his status as he deferred questions to Texans coach Bill O'Brien.
Mancz was downgraded to not practicing last week after initially being limited.
An 18-game starter at center last season, Mancz started two games at guard this year before right guard Jeff Allen returned from a high-ankle sprain last Sunday.
