How do a coach and general manager develop the right relationship to help the team succeed?
The Titans have a clear division of power at the top. Their coach handles his own staff and the general manager has control over the 53-man roster. The Texans say their division of power requires general manager Rick Smith and head coach Bill O'Brien to reach a consensus on personnel matters. In either case, harmony leads to success.
