Moments after the conclusion of the NFL Draft Saturday, Texans general manager Rick Smith sounded like a happy man.
The Texans' incoming rookie draft class is headlined by first-round draft pick and former Clemson star quarterback Deshaun Watson, but the AFC South champions also selected Vanderbilt linebacker Zach Cunningham in the second round and Texas running back D'Onta Foreman in the third round.
During the final day of the draft Saturday, the Texans picked Bucknell offensive tackle Julie'n Davenport and Clemson defensive tackle Carlos Watkins in the fourth round, Oregon State cornerback Treston Decoud in the fifth round and Baylor center-guard Kyle Fuller in the seventh round.
