The Texans fell 21-13 to the San Diego Chargers for their first home loss of the 2016 season. Despite a late comeback, Houston dropped its second consecutive game as it came off a short week following the Monday night game in Mexico City.
Four turnovers, including one on the final Hail Mary play, and penalties plagued the Texans. Houston, flagged eight times in the first half, committed nine penalties for 58 yards in the loss.
Brock Osweiler was 22-of-37 for 246 yards with one rushing touchdown and three interceptions. DeAndre Hopkins caught a team-high five catches for 70 yards.
