The Houston Texans won an AFC wild card game for the second straight year and the sixth time in franchise history in Saturday's 32-12 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. A win next weekend would mark the greatest victory in franchise history.
Not only have the Texans never advanced to the Super Bowl in the prior 22 years dating back to their inaugural season in 2002; they've never advanced to the AFC championship. Houston is 0–5 all-time in the AFC divisional round, including last year's 34-10 loss at the Baltimore Ravens.
