Out of football last season after being cut by the Cincinnati Bengals, Devon Still spent that time with his family as he helped nurture his daughter, Leah, back to health while she won her battle with cancer.
With Leah in remission from Neuroblastoma stage 4 cancer, the veteran lineman is capitalizing on his opportunity to potentially win a starting job at right defensive end. Still is getting a long look with a first-team defense playing without starting left defensive end J.J. Watt.
Still reported in good shape and is moving well at training camp.
"I did put in a lot of work this offseason, so when I got this opportunity I could make the most of it," Devon Still said.
