Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson won't be participating in the "Play Ball" call at the World Series on Wednesday night at Minute Maid Park due to a minor setback with his injured left eye.
Watson has been dealing with swelling and his eye is still bloodshot after getting kicked in the eye Sunday against the Raiders.
Watson is practicing Wednesday and is set to travel to London and play Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Instead of exposing his eye to more light, Watson will rest up Wednesday night.
Watson said Tuesday at his charity event that he is feeling better and will play.
