Taking off for the end zone, Ethan Hughes gathered in a spiral from Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson.
Catching a touchdown from the Pro Bowl alternate set off a raucous celebration from the Cypress Creek senior.
It was a special moment for Hughes and Watson.
Hughes is a leukemia patient who was diagnosed a year ago and is still undergoing maintenance treatments. He attended practice Sunday on behalf of the Make a Wish foundation, breaking down the huddle, getting a jersey, cleats, his own specialized locker and talking football with Watson and wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
