When Migos rapper Quavo wrote on Instagram that the Texans needed to call him up since he previously held a Georgia high school single-game completion passing record over Texans backup quarterback Taylor Heinicke, wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins responded that the musician should come try out.
"It was definitely a joke," Hopkins said Friday. "I don't think he could hold anybody's jock strap in the NFL, honestly. So, he should definitely stick to music."
A former Collins High School standout, Heinicke went on to set passing records at Old Dominion after breaking Quavious Marshall's high school record.
