Growing up in South Carolina, some of Texans Pro Bowl wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins' favorite moments were spent on a playground.
"My experience with a playground, my first experience, was of course one that I remember to this day," Hopkins said."I remember being out there with my sisters and my brothers on a swing, jumping, see who could jump the furthest, doing a lot of things."
On Wednesday, Hopkins helped build a modern playground at Thompson Elementary School in Houston along with partners Target and Kaboom! with more than 200 volunteers pitching in.
