Lucien is a former New England Patriots seventh-round draft pick from Arizona State. He previously transferred from UCLA.
Lucien was cut by the Patriots in September from injured reserve.
He has had practice squad stints previously with the Indianapolis Colts and Kansas City Chiefs.
