The Texans cut wide receiver DeAndrew White, a former North Shore prep All-American.
White was released as the Texans added former Buffalo Bills and Indianapolis Colts wide receiver and kick returner Quan Bray.
White was promoted last year from the practice squad after initially injuring his groin during training camp.
White won two national championships at Alabama where he caught 94 career passes for 1,294 yards and 12 touchdowns. He earned a Super Bowl ring l with the New England Patriots as part of their practice squad.
