NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Texans starting tight end C.J. Fiedorowicz is being evaluated for a potential third concussion of the season for him.

Fiedorowicz went to the locker room to be evaluated under the NFL concussion protocol.

He was previously on injured reserve-designated to return for eight games with a concussion suffered in the season-opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Fiedorowicz sustained a concussion during the preseason, too.

The Texans signed Fiedorowicz to a three-year, $21.5 million contract extension prior to the regular season. The deal included $10 million guaranteed.
