Cal McNair, the son of the late Texans owner Bob McNair and the chairman and chief operating officer of the AFC South franchise, saluted his father in a letter to fans.
Bob McNair died at age 81 on Friday after a long battle with cancer.
Cal McNair wrote a letter published Monday about his father's life and legacy and of the family's intentions to uphold his vision for the NFL team.
