Scarlett was flagged for a big hit on Titans wide receiver Kalif Raymond, but clearly led with his shoulder. It was a clean tackle, but it wasn't reviewable under NFL officiating rules and the first down led to a game-tying Titans touchdown in the fourth quarter of a narrow Texans win.
“I pride myself on trying to play this game the right way," Scarlett said.
