The Texans made wide receiver Braxton Miller a healthy scratch for the second consecutive game, a continued drop in status for the former third-round draft pick and starter.
A third-round draft pick from Ohio State last year and a former Big Ten Conference Offensive Player of the Year, Miller started the first three games and caught only three passes for 25 yards on eight targets.
Miller caught 15 passes for 99 yards as a rookie.
With the return last week of Will Fuller from a broken collarbone, Miller is no longer active.
The Texans also deactivated cornerback Kevin Johnson for the third game in a row.
