WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W. Va. - The Texans got healthier Friday as a trio of players returned to practice.
Inside linebacker Benardrick McKinney, a second-team All-Pro selection, was back working after being sidelined for roughly a week with an undisclosed injury. McKinney led the Texans with 129 tackles last season and recorded five sacks.
Tight end Stephen Anderson also returned to practice after missing the Texans' preseason opener against the Carolina Panthers.
Rookie cornerback Treston Decoud, a 6-3, 210-pound fifth-round draft pick from Oregon State also returned to practice.
Texans wide receiver Braxton Miller didn't practice Friday after being examined by trainers during the Carolina game.
