Texans allowing employees to work from home due to coronavirus

HOUSTON, TEXAS - NOVEMBER 26: A view of the helmet sticker honoring Robert C. McNair, the late owner of the Houston Texans, is shown prior to the game against the Tennessee Titans at NRG Stadium on November 26, 2018 in Houston, Texas.

The Texans are allowing employees to work from home at this time due to health concerns created by the coronavirus pandemic that has impacted the region, nation and the world.

Meanwhile, only essential travel will be approved for team employees as the team and the NFL navigate these unprecedented circumstances.

Multiple NFL teams are taking similar measures, including canceling predraft visits and private workouts for draft prospects due to the rapid spread and serious nature of the respiratory disease.
