PHILADELPHIA - Veteran cornerback Kayvon Webster was activated from the Texans' injured reserve-designated to return list.
Webster is now on the 53-man roster.
He underwent surgery to repair a torn Achilles suffered last year with the Los Angeles Rams.
Then, Webster hurt his quadriceps in his first game with the Texans against the Dallas Cowboys.

When healthy, Webster is a viable cornerback who could help the defense in single coverage.
Signed to a one-year, $2.25 million contract during the preseason, Webster started 11 games for the Loss Angeles Rams last season before tearing his Achilles.
