JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Texans activated safety Andre Hal from the non-football illness list days after he returned to practice. Hal was diagnosed with lymphoma this spring, but is in remission. Hal did untraditional treatments and didn't undergo chemotherapy. He has been working out the entire time since being diagnosed. The Texans cut former Texas A&M outside linebacker Daeshon Hall to create a roster spot for Hal.
