The Texans opened free agency under their new coach, DeMeco Ryans, by agreeing to terms with veteran wide receiver Robert Woods on Friday evening before agreeing to terms with a bevy of players, including adding depth at quarterback by bringing in Case Keenum, Monday when the legal tampering period began.
