Since former Buffalo Bills starting offensive tackle Jordan Mills visited the Texans, the AFC South franchise signed former Carolina Panthers and Minnesota Vikings offensive tackle Matt Kalil to a one-year, $7.5 million contract.
That didn't end their interest in Mills.
The Texans have remained in contact with Mills and he is still a candidate to potentially join the team. No deal is imminent, according to a league source not authorized to speak publicly.
