SAN FRANCISCO – Denver coach Gary Kubiak and outside linebacker Von Miller did not get much sleep after celebrating their victory over Carolina into the early morning hours before making an appearance at the winning team's news conference.
The day after they helped the Broncos beat Carolina 24-10 in Super Bowl 50, Kubiak and Miller praised coaches, teammates and fans.
"I'd like to say how proud I am to be here today," Kubiak said. "I've been in the NFL (31) years as a player, coach and now as a head coach. To stand here today and be the head coach of the Denver Broncos – Super Bowl 50 champions – is the proudest moment of my career.
