With Tony Romo and Dez Bryant out for at least the first half of the 2015 regular season with injuries, everyone worried that the Dallas offense would struggle and cost them games. However, it was the defense that cost the Cowboys a 39-28 loss against the Atlanta Falcons last week, as the following players were unavailable: Randy Gregory, Greg Hardy, Rolando McClain, Jeremy Mincey and Orlando Scandrick. Dallas will need fewer of these guys on the injury report in order to compete more effectively.
Drew Brees missed last week's tilt against the Carolina Panthers after suffering a bruised rotator cuff in Week 2, which is the first time he has missed a game due to injury since he played in high school.
