Once again, the Texans are going into the NFL draft coming off a season with a dominant defense and an embarrassing offense and special teams. Given that the Texans have been stuck in this holding pattern every single year Bill O'Brien has been the head coach, it is hard to write anything about this situation that isn't self-plagiarizing.
