Source: Texans' J.J. Watt has minor knee surgery

Pro Bowl defensive end J.J. Watt underwent a relatively minor knee surgery following the end of the Texans' season, according to a league source not authorized to speak publicly.

Watt is expected to make a full recovery this offseason.

The three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year made an epic comeback from injuries this past season, leading the AFC with 16 sacks and the NFL with seven forced fumbles.
