Some Texans players upset at officiating after playoff loss to Chiefs

A hopeful season for the Houston Texans ended Saturday with a thud, as they lost 23-14 in an AFC divisional-round playoff game to the Kansas City Chiefs. One can and should blame missed kicks, all those sacks, questionable fourth-down decisions and general sloppiness for the loss. But, also, it's the Chiefs in a big game setting.

"We knew it was going to be us versus the refs going into this game," said Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr. after the loss.

Anderson was flagged in the first quarter for roughing the passer, a penalty that saved an early Chiefs drive that led to a field goal.
