NOTES:
- Rookie OT Charlie Heck drew his first NFL start Sunday against the Titans at right tackle. Heck started with Pro Bowl tackle Laremy Tunsil inactive and Tytus Howard on injured reserve. He played in all 62 offensive snaps.
- WR Brandin Cooks had a career game Sunday. He caught a career-high 11 passes for 166 yards and a pair of touchdowns. It was Cooks’s first multi-TD game since December 30, 2018, when he was a member of the Patriots. Cooks also became just the second person in NFL history to eclipse 1000 receiving yards with four different NFL teams, joining Brandon Marshall in that elite club.
