Juding by offseason signings, the Texans way seems to have a clam chowder bite.
On Tuesday, the Texans signed former Patriots running back Rex Burkhead. On its face, it's a perfectly fine signing. Burkhead, who turns 31 this summer and rushed for 274 yards and caught 25 passes last season, merely adds competition to the Texans' locker room when training camp comes around.
