The New England Patriots have signed free-agent wide receiver Nate Washington, the team announced Thursday. Terms of the deal were not immediately available.
The Patriots hosted Washington, 32, on a free-agent visit March 14, as they looked to add another pass-catching target after signing Chris Hogan to a three-year, $12 million contract three days earlier.
In addition to Washington and Hogan, the Pats currently have Julian Edelman, Danny Amendola, Keshawn Martin, Aaron Dobson, Chris Harper and DeAndre Carter on the receiver depth chart.
