Texans offensive tackle Breno Giacomini grew up in the suburbs of Boston in Malden, Mass.
He was born in Cambridge and worked at a hot dog and fried dough stand at Fenway Park in high school.
A basketball player who averaged 21 points per game as a senior in high school, Giacomini got more interested in concentrating on football when he met New England Patriots quarterback Drew Bledsoe at the Boston Marriott where his father worked.
From there, Giacomini developed into a football player and earned a scholarship to Louisville.
So, Sunday's road game at Gillette Stadium against the Patriots represents a homecoming for the Texans' starting right tackle.
