As a rookie, New England Patriots linebacker Elandon Roberts earned a starting job and a Super Bowl ring.
Roberts also built a reputation as a hard hitter following his epic collision with Cleveland Browns Pro Bowl offensive tackle Joe Thomas, sending the veteran blocker flailing to the ground.
Now, the former University of Houston standout has set his ambitions on an even more successful second NFL season. The Patriots report to camp July 26.
"I just want to improve my overall game and put my best foot forward for the team," Roberts said.
