Olympic gold-medal swimmer and Sugar Land native Simone Manuel will be an honorary Texans captain for the coin toss at Sunday's preseason game against Arizona at NRG Stadium.
Manuel, 20, had a historic showing at the recently completed Rio de Janeiro Olympics.
