Yesterday’s “Big News” out of NRG Stadium came by way of the Houston Texans officially re-signing another pair of veteran players from last year’s 4-13 squad.
Last off-season, incoming general manager Nick Caserio signed a record number of veteran free agents, presumably just to fill the roster entirely and see if any of those players worked out well enough to keep around for the long haul.
Unfortunately most of them did not, but that hasn’t stopped Caserio from bringing a raft of them back again for another go-round.
4-13? Bottom ranked offense and defense?
