BOCA RATON, Fla. – NFL owners will consider 19 rules changes during their spring meetings this week at the Boca Raton Resort.
The nine-man competition committee, chaired by Atlanta president Rich McKay and including Texans general manager Rick Smith, met last week in Palm Beach, Fla., to determine what possible rules changes would be recommended to the owners.
Before the owners vote on the proposals, they'll get a rundown of league issues from commissioner Roger Goodell.
The owners will get an update on the Rams' move to Los Angeles. For the first time in 18 years, relocation to Los Angeles won't be an issue because it finally was solved when they voted on the Rams making the move over San Diego and Oakland.
