The Texans begin the third and last day of the draft with two picks in the fourth round (24 and 36), one in the fifth (25) and one in the seventh (25).
In their first 15 drafts, the Texans have selected a lot of starters from the fourth round on down, including Owen Daniels, the best tight end in team history who was selected in the fourth round in 2006.
Other notable players drafted by the Texans in the fourth round were safety Glover Quin (2009), center Ben Jones (2012), defensive end Jared Cook (2012), running back Domanick Davis (2003) and quarterback Tom Savage (2014).
