The Houston Texans have a quarterback issue, that much is obvious. They have three strategies to improve at the position.
Tom Savage could be the answer, maybe a young guy found in this year’s draft, or the Texans could turn to free agency.
I have already covered the Tom Savage front here, and that is the safest option.
Looking at the draft however, there does not appear to be a quarterback Texans’ head coach Bill O’Brien would select. Judging by his wants at the position specified by the man himself in his quarterback technique video as well as his comments from June 12, 2015; and the lack of talent in this year’s NFL draft, it becomes harder and harder to believe the team will pull the trigger on a quarterback.
