Rosenhaus doesn't represent Watson, but he is based out of Miami Beach, Fla., and has several Dolphins players as clients.
The Texans want three first-round picks and two second-round picks in any trade involving Watson, according to Yahoo Sports, which also said the Dolphins are the leading candidate to make such a trade.
Dolphins head coach Brian Flores didn't want to address the rumors when asked about them at a press conference Sunday.
"Reports, speculation, not things we really get into," Flores said. "I understand the question, but as I've said in the past, any conversations that we have or don't have with other clubs are going to be internal.
