A hard-nosed Chicago native, new Texans offensive guard Jeff Allen has built a reputation in NFL circles for having a nasty streak.
Allen finished off defensive linemen last season, thriving in his final year with the Kansas City Chiefs before signing a four-year, $28 million contract with the Texans.
"It's a lot of fun going out there and grinding it out with your buddies, your offensive line," Allen said. I feel like the offensive line is the unit that can get an entire team going. That's the kind of mentality I try to permeate throughout the whole group.
