MOCK SURVEY 1.0 There's been a shakeup in the fourth Houston Texans Mock Draft Survey. Ohio State Ezekiel Elliott is still the 'most-mocked' player to the Texans, who pick 22nd in the 2016 NFL Draft. But of the 26 experts who have posted a mock draft, eight have Houston taking a quarterback with its first round choice. Elliott, who rumbled for more than 1,800 yards in the 2014 and 2015 seasons, has been the 'most-mocked' player to Houston in all four iterations of the survey.
