Lamar cornerback Brendan Langley worked out for the Houston Texans, per report

Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle is reporting that Lamar University cornerback Brendan Langley worked out for the Houston Texans.

Langley played at the University of Georgia before transferring to Lamar after losing his starting job with the Bulldogs during his freshman year.

The 6-foot, 201 pound Langley ran a 4.43 second 40-year dash.

Langley is an exciting player that picked off six passes and broke up another seven during his final collegiate season. He also scored twice on punt returns.

Langley has a lot of upside and isn’t regarded as a player that can come in right away and start for an NFL team.
